These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.3designedly.com and any services provided by 3Designedly Enterprise ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Limassol, Cyprus. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

3Designedly Enterprise provides architectural and interior visualisation services, including but not limited to:

• Interior Visualisation

• Product Showcase Rendering

• Private Lessons in 3D Visualisation

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon individually at the quotation stage.

All project enquiries submitted through our website contact form or via direct communication are treated as expressions of interest only and do not constitute a binding agreement.

A formal quotation will be provided following an initial consultation. A project commences only upon written acceptance of the quotation by the client and receipt of the required deposit as outlined in Section 5.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary project materials, references, briefs, and specifications in a clear and timely manner

• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timeframes

• Communicating feedback clearly and consolidating it within each revision round

Delays caused by late or incomplete client input may affect project timelines. 3Designedly Enterprise will not be held responsible for delivery delays arising from such circumstances.

Deposit: A deposit is required prior to the commencement of any project. The deposit amount will be specified in the quotation. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

Balance: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files, before or at the point of handover.

Invoicing: Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed quotation. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Late Payment: We reserve the right to suspend delivery of final files until full payment has been received.

All prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions, as follows:

• A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of feedback submitted by the client

• Revisions must be based on the originally agreed brief and scope

• Changes that represent a significant departure from the original brief — such as redesigns, major compositional changes, or additions of new scenes — are considered out of scope and may be subject to additional charges

• Revision requests beyond the three included rounds will be quoted separately

We encourage clients to consolidate all feedback clearly within each round to make the most efficient use of the included revisions.

Client rights: Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted full rights to use the final rendered images for their intended purpose, including commercial use.

3Designedly's rights: 3Designedly Enterprise retains the right to use any work produced — including renders, visualisations, and project imagery — for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes across any medium, including but not limited to the website, social media, and print.

Exceptions: If the client requires that specific work remain confidential or not be used for marketing purposes, this must be agreed in writing at the quotation stage and will be noted explicitly in the project agreement.

Third-party assets: Where client-provided assets (models, textures, references, or proprietary designs) are used in the production of renders, the client confirms they hold the necessary rights or licences for such assets. 3Designedly Enterprise accepts no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from client-supplied materials.

Final files will be delivered in the format agreed at the quotation stage (typically high-resolution JPEG or PNG). Delivery is made digitally via email or file transfer link.

Files will be handed over only upon confirmation of full payment. 3Designedly Enterprise is not obligated to retain project files beyond 30 days following delivery.

By the client: If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed beyond the deposit stage, additional charges may apply based on work done to date.

By 3Designedly Enterprise: We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide necessary materials, does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or breaches these Terms. In such cases, the deposit will be retained to cover work done.

3Designedly Enterprise provides visualisation services for illustrative and communicative purposes only. Our renders are artistic interpretations and should not be relied upon as technical, architectural, or structural documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Designedly Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to decisions made based on rendered imagery.

The content on www.3designedly.com, including all imagery, text, and design, is the property of 3Designedly Enterprise and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.3designedly.com. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
